Question about 4.0, 4.2, 4.4 and 4.6

Quick question about the releasing of versions.

As there are now development work undertaken on 4.6, does this mean that 4.2 will be released any time soon. Development work had finished (5 months ago), but it looks like project creap sidled up and got involved, with 2 open pieces of 'quick' work in progress.

Is 4.2 stable enough at the moment to use for 'normal' everyday use, or should I wait until is is released.

I am looking forward to 4.2 as well.

It appears that 4.2 will automatically delete recording files not just the database entries? From 4.2 changelog:added "autodelete" functionality to autorec.

Any plans for a drive management system to delete oldest recordings when drive approaches capacity?

Awesome software! The DVR is great and I love the transcoding - I reduce BW to the lower power devices running Kodi.
