Hello,
After months of no access to this card and finally finding out where to download the proper driver; .fw file, I got the card running in Ubuntu 13.10.
After the scan I have 67 scanned channels showing in the list. Three out of 67 channels are analog channals in the Tampa, Florida area. That is all that would map, all the ATSC digital channels would not map.
Apparently the ATSC frequencies are not the proper ones in the listing to scan. NTSC will not scan the frequencies properly since we are now Digital. There is no more Video and Audio carriers as before.
The scan of the ATSC had shown some odd offset of .028 KHZ. I read somewhere there was an issue scanning US ATSC channels in TVheadend, but I can't remember where I have seen that post.
Here are two links to what frequencies should be scanned.

Any idea what can be done so one can use this card in the US with the proper ATSC frequencies?
Thanks
P.S.
Here is a listing of channel frequencies for the Tampa, Florida area.
First Channel is what shows on your TV. Last Channel is what is the actual brodcast frequency channel
