Unfortunately the database TVHeadend uses hasn't been updated for a while - it's still using the pre-Digital switch over database (I assume you are in the UK thanks to your previous link).
If instead of picking a specific transmitter you choose the Auto Detect multiplexes option then choose the following transmitter "--Generic-- auto_default" it will eventually scan through all the multiplexes (in the same way a normal STB will do) but this will take quite a while to do and you may end up with some duplicates. The "Auto Detect" multiplexes option will allow it to find the multiplexes on offset frequencies (you can speed it up by deleting everything above 800,000kHz and below 400,000kHz as they are not used in the UK for tv.).
