TVH as Sat>IP Server no connect with dvbviewer

Hi !

I setup tvh as sat>ip server
port=9983
weight=100
Descramble=10
mux handling=0
Exported DVB-S=1

Exported DVB-S2=1

but when i try to connect and scan with dvbviewer i get failures (port is correct 9983 in dvbviewer)

Are ypu sure that its no firewall issue or something like that?
Running DVBviewer for months here and never got real problems. Using cable tuner here but that shouldn't be the problem. Did you test it with vlc and http-stream oder htsp plugin?
Which tvh build did you use? I remember that some of the first builds with sat>ip support didnt work with DVBviewer...

Hi !

There is no firewall between (same subnet)
tested with tvh build 4.0.8 and nightly unstable build (ubuntu 14.04)
vlc with htsp plugin works (also with transcoded streams) same for android client...

dvb sources are Cine S2 V 6.x and octopusnet (both dvbs/dvbs2)

Ok, i think u are using latest DVBviewer? I never scanned with DVBviewer, but all channels (scanned locally long time ago) work good. But ok, i have dvb-c...

I use dvbviewer 5.5.2... (before it was 5.1)
now i get this in log

2016-01-24 17:44:27.972 http: 192.168.63.19: RTSP/1.0 PLAY rtsp://192.168.63.1:9983/stream=8?src=1&freq=11954&msys=dvbs&plts=off&fec=34&pol=h&ro=0.35&sr=27500&mtype=qpsk&pids=98 -- 400

but i get no picture neither EPG in DVBviewer.

in TVH i see in status page Satip connection but nur subscription and no stream

Hi !

OK it seems that i found the problem
SAT>IP Source Number has to be set to 1 otherwise it will not work (i have actually only Astra 19.2E as a network)

Also Scan works now :-)

I don't know, i have only 1 cable network, maybe test it and you will see ;-)

Yes, first network to 1, second 2, third 3, and so on.
